They don't. I have a litany of examples of Abdis hitting the wall. While all the health conscious 30 something girls I know look a lot younger than them.

Abdullahi Yusuf was 77 years old but if you were to guess his age. Probably 55 to 60?

Abdirashid Duale is in his 40's but if you were to look at his smooth skin and his hair all black. You would assume he's in his 30's.

I still think Abdis peak at 25 and descend in levels of attractiveness. The only handsome Abdis I have seen after 30 were unbalding and preserved better than their peers.

No sensible man in that age bracket is looking to settle down and be serious. They are just getting their lives together, focusing on their careers and their finances, why would they want to add a "serious" relationship into that mess.

The most successful relationships I have seen are men and women who met knew each other since they were kids and tied the knot young.

The older you get and the more you play the field, the more jaded you become and your outlook becomes dire of relationships. This I find applies to both men and women.

Not always true. I can say I look better in my 30s than I did in my 20s. I have also known women like this as well. Aging can actually work wonders for certain faces.

Only partially due to genes, mindset and lifestyle factors are contributors that coalesce and impact genes. A physically active 50-year-old with quote unquote 'good genes' would biologically be younger than someone at 50 who ages well but is sedentary. And if we are comparing within the group of individuals who aesthetically age very well, all things being equal then the athletic one would look younger.

But being frank most Somali men once they get married forget about their physical fitness or don't keep up with the same training regiment post-married life.

Abdis might workout but they don't pay as much attention on the quality of the food they consume. That is where I have them beat.
