It is a reflection of the environment in which they were raised. For instance, Somali kids raised by parents in the suburbs in USA hardly think of joining gangs. But the fellas who were raised in the ghettos, their life style is a reflection of that environment. Gangs, alcohol, drugs, and prostitution are what available in that environment.

I think we should blame their parents and not the kids.
