We aren't playing with actual geography otherwise we would have to put Alaksa in the North now? We're talking about cultural regions of the U.S Minnesota, Oregon, and Maine are all northern geographic states. Completely different places culturally don't play dumb. Cheap housing and cheap standards of living true bruh.
Question is, at what cost and who can still afford better despite the relatively cheap housing?
They rank the worst in education, health, wages etc.
If they raised standards up, many might opt to move there for sure.
But for now, opportunities are limited and ignorance is a culture. I don't agree with everything liberal, but they do have good economic policies that can help young and the under-served communities. Conservatives are generally for the well to do whilst liberals advocate for positions a religious person would in terms of helping people.

Very good points. There is reason Islam is taking root in the south faster and that has to do with love of religion. With that said, liberals share same American culture of religious freedom. Often in here it is conservatives that advocate for discrimination against somalis and are obscene in their behaviour.
