Because instead of a functioning welfare state Somalis have their children to care for them.
The only system we can build seems to be based on heritage and blood-line only.
Well the mom could have stopped popping babies every year and applied for a job. Not making excuses for lazy fathers but let’s not act like the women are powerless in this situation

Nothing wrong with 10 children, normally somali kids haave 68 IQ so the more children you have the higher chance one wont be completely retarded.

We need more intelligent Somalis, not more Somalis in general. What good does it do if there are 100M+ Ethiopians but half of them (generous estimate) are borderline mentally retarded? Remember to breed for quality not quantity. Otherwise you end up like Nigeria

If they don't pay then put them in prison and keep them out of the gene pool.
Probably the best economic booster if everyone has to work if they want to pass their genes on.
What if they can’t pay? Do we throw them in prison? You’d be locking up a lot of poor people whilst giving the rich the luxury of paying their way out.
Also, you’re assuming money = well adjusted children which it does not.
Children need attentive parenting and this can’t happen when the parent/s are overwhelmed. What we need is more education in this area and woman should have more access to contraception.

Yes, put them in jail for not keeping up with utmost minimum payment that will feed, educate and keep their kids healthy.
Can't think of any way that will let us have more Somalis and increase the overall IQ.
Anything else would either go against the deen or would be seen as full on eugenics (even though I'm suggesting a version of it).
