Why Do Somalis Care How You Sound And Not Value What You Say?

I see this backwardness in Somalia either locally or diaspora. They actually think their is 'value' to be gained by listening to your accent or god forbid it's even worse in Somaliland who thinks anyone who is 'White' has status and influence.

For Somaliland, this actually stems from the fact they never had a kingdom and didn't know that societies in the old-world had various statuses(merchant, religious, academic, diplomat, peasant, aristocrats, royalty). So I don't blame their people today worshipping any white, they lack Isimo who can 'control' them to not embarass their people, since they themselves have no real 'old world w'isdom.

But I've seen another disturbing trend developing in Somalia whether local or diaspora, wasting their time to evaluate people accents, accents isn't knowledge. Their are many people who have well refined accents and wears suits who we call 'empty suits' and their is more intelligence at times that you can gain from a homeless person.

Stop wasting your valuable limited time on earth evaluating people accent, and actually 'evaluate' the contents of what their saying so you can either 'grow' your knowledge or at least gain a different perspective to develop your 'lateral' thinking.

Wallahi I wonder if these people ever had a father figure, they look like they didn't and were raised by single mothers, they do shit that ppl wonder at the 'stupidity', while the world heads 1 direction, these ass-clowns are heading towards another and they actually re-inforce each other 'stupidity in numbers'.

That's why I tell Somalis create a damn 'father figure mentoring' center for these single mother ass-clowns, things every kid learn from a active/present father is totally not there for them, their disadvantaged from the get-go in life.

A father not only need be 'present' but 'active' and giving 'wisdom' advice to their children. Many are absent like single mother raised kids and some are present but not 'active'. These two types of children must be intervened as they bring down our 'potential pool of hope', as were busy 'correcting' them to get them to the 'baseline' level, forget going from the baseline and adding 'growth' we can't, were being dragged down below the baseline.

Baseline is like when your at 'sea' and ur head is above water, their dragging us down under-water, so we can't actually 'swim' or set a direction busy with these ass-clowns from sinking us, while other societies are roaming past us all organized and some are in 'ships' >>> 'systems'

I bet you, all our incompetent leaders are from single mothers, mark my word. Maybe this must be a 'criteria' we need to include into measuring a leader's 'private life history'. If he lacked a present/active father, their already disadvantaged from 'wisdom'.

Somalis can be kinda low IQ. Diyaano propelled from obscurity into a top presidential candidate just because he’s light skinned.:gucciwhat:

The problem is they lack 'criteria' to measure a leader, due to 'lateral' side of the brain not matured thru gaining different 'perspectives'. The criteria I have templated is the following.

1. Has a philosophy, political program, vision, time table
2. Isn't quick to judgement(fudeed) knows how to gather different sides and evaluate different outcomes of his decisions.
3. Social/professional experience, successes, networks
4. Diplomacy skills to navigate around politicians
5. Knows how to capture/use opportunities
6. Knows how to make a decision knowing mistakes is lessons learned, success is example set, however no decision or idlness like 91-97 period is regrets and worse option.
7. Knows how to capture different leaders benefits from Somalia and Puntland and 'store' it for himself thru a 'diversity' approach not following in a 1 style approach as it leads to big collapse.
8. Public charisma to match 'farmajo'
9. I say include his private life now and if he had present/active father. Include his own family stability.
10. Assess his 'genetic' gift some are not built to be leaders but chasing it for status reason, it's 'rabbani' this gift.

Deni history as an educator and his success in ganacsi vs Diyaano being handed an agency from his father, I can see why Deni was elected and not the boy.

@Calaami every leader we need to measure on a 'criteria' not 'emotions'. U can 'feel' like a millionaire but ur bank balance(facts) will say other wise. That's why emotions don't work. We can even 'grade' or set different 'weights' to the criteria.

We can apply high weight to rabbani gift, political program, private life stability and present/active father, diplomacy skills, decision making skills. Middle weights to other criterias. Low weight to other. We can do it and unite puntland on 'maskax' not selecting leaders over our personal interest and 'emotions'. Wallahi if u select a leader over ur little interest and he destroys federalism, u will never have a govt again and possibly send somalia on a civil war 91 conditions, is it worth the trade off?

When u have 'criteria' u choose leaders who return the best 'result' not 'perfect' becuz perfect is impossible.

@Calaami why u think im anti democracy. U think diyano would survive if the 'isimo' had power? he can fool the idiots locally on light skin, but not Isimo. We know the ugliest ppl usually tend to be the big visionaries like meles, islan mahamed, etc.

Allah seem to bless uglier ppl with 'brains' like 'nerds' or they tend to hone their intelligence more due to being unattractive, either way. I dont want 1 man 1 vote, these locals maskaxdooda ma dhisna, plus they dont have wealth to independently think outside 'clan paradigm'. Every successful democracy has educated n wealthy people first as a base or else it becomes a weak democracy or democracy in name only.
