That has no basis in proven science, it's just genetics, stress and poor diet.

I did a bit of studying but it seems I was wrong, some studies show excess T is linked with more DHT production that causes hair loss.

Somalis have high DHT levels in general compared to other ethnicities. High stress and low vitamin d levels can lead to premature balding, the west is stressful by design which is why somali men here start balding in their mid 20s. Back home men go bald but at later ages 30+ on average.
Big forehead I understand but I genuinely don’t think somalis go bald that early. You guys need to look at ajnabis only difference is they get a fringe to cover it up. If your hairline is bad just grow your hair out to cover it up.

This is a lie I've never met a Somali guy that balding in my community. I think it's the drink water at your city. For instance in Ohio there a large Somali community and they all state don't drink the tsp water. There tsp water is considered hard water it's nasty. Where in from in the south the water is great. Hard water has heavy metal in it which can effect your health like in horrible ways you can taste it like I said it's nasty. These metal in the water are from City pumping which is under the road. Major of northern state have this issue due to heavy snow fall and city using salt to clears snow in which later the said seeps underground and corrods the water lines. People us water heavy metal in cooking washing clothes and showering, they have no way of escaping it unless you move. Just something to think about when you decide where to live.

I noticed that many africans start balding when they start making serious money.
All the rich africans i have seen most are bald.
This has been my findings too.
More money more stress.
Its probably the crappy sugar and carb diet, coupled with literal hot headedness. We tend to have a firey constitution. The combination is a recipe for hair disaster.
When you shower start with cold water rinse over the scalp. This stops the heat from flooding your head if you shower only your body with cold water and leave the head and scalp relatively dry, all the heat will move to the head.
Massage the scalp often and wear breathable cotton hats.
I do all of this, and have a very thick head of hair, no sign of balding. But hey, I doubt any will heed this advice, I know the stubbornness and hard headedness my people.

It’s genetics. If my father & 2 grandfathers were bald, than I surely will be bald. Also baldness is something that usually happens to men. From a girls perspective it seems abnormal. Men from all walks of life experience it, it just so happens to be Somalis stand out due to their forehead.
