You will have more options, but not in a positive lens (your advantage relies on the disproportionate misfortunes of other men). That hardly means you don’t have competition and aren’t yet another contender among those that remain for the best you can find.

If men truly are the prize why is it that they are the ones that pursue, chase and go after women?

The only reason why some men don't feel like women are not prizes is because some have a feminine disposition and believe they are in competition with women or due to the fact that many women have forgotten their value and no 1 rule: they are the prize.
