a) 137m figure represents Treasury withdrawals by the Ministry for government expenditure, and not its 2022 annual budget,​

b) The number you referred to is for 2022, and not 2023,​

c) PL uses a linear regression budgetary methods, which replaced its previous at-value budgeting during Gaas's term, and not Deni's. ( I am assuming you are familiar with the difference between the two accounting methods),​

d) PL receives less in grants & aid than SL.​

Now, do you want to try to guess how much PL received in grants & aid in 2023?

Lastly, the total external aid that went through SL in 2023 hasn't yet been published, and the document will be released in the summer.

Yes, SL, in general, receives more grants/aid and raises more taxes than PL.
