Why Djibouti Don’t Display PL Flag but they display Jeegan flag?

Because we don't directly border any of those states. At the end of the day there are areas(mainly security) that we must cooperate with Hargeisa. But as you can see their flag is never present when geele meets their mayor

i thought Djibouti position was they don’t deal with secessionists so even if they are right next to you or million miles away why is Jeegan flag on display? Did they bully you into doing it? I don’t think so, so why? Why not display Somalia flag?
