Why are Somalis the only muslims who put their little girls in hijabs ?

It's so embarrassing. Somalis are the only Muslims who put their 2 year old girls in hijabs. It's just insane to me. No other community does this.

I was once at a department store, and this Somali lady was with her adorable little girl. Looked to be 3 or 4. I asked her "Habo, why do you put hijab on her your little daughter, she's just a baby?" And she said to get her used to wearing hijab at a young age. But i told her it was wrong and that she should let her daughter be and let her be a kid.
SubhanAllah Somalis need to stop doing this. Everytime I see this, I legit cringe.

It depends if they make them wear it alot of if its on and off. bc if its forced they may resent it. if its just sometimes theres no problem and the babies usually dont seem to care
But below age of 6 they look cute in hijab like little women.

But you are not worried about parents who want to do sex change for their kids cos they beleive they were born with the wrong body.

As long as it’s not causing any harm then there’s no problem. In fact, Somali parents and Muslim parents who make their young daughters wear the Hijab are doing a good thing as they get used to it when they grow older and would be less likely to “stuggle” with it.
