Why Are Somalis So Quick To Accept the "black" label?

I have a question for you. The similarities Somalis have with other black people. Skin colour, afro-style hair and the fact that we're from the same geographical area as these people; does it mean nothing at all? There's more genetic diversity in Africa than anywhere else on Earth so it's hardly a unique thing to argue that Somalis have their own unique genes.

Skin tone was only one of the qualities I've mentioned. If the similarities between Somalis and other blacks was limited only to skin tone you may easily just mark that off as simply a coincidence. But with the other features I've mentioned combined with skin tone it's starting to look less like a coincidence isn't it?

Well let's make it a more accurate analogy why don't we? What if China was also located in Europe? What if Chinese people also shared another unique feature found among white Europeans like maybe blond hair? (Afro style hair is something unique to black Africans and coincidentally enough Somalis also seem to have it). Not to mention a typical Somali looks a shit ton more like other blacks than Chinese people do white. As a matter of fact even looking at the lips of a Somali person it's full too.
