I still wear it all my life since childhood but it's not perfect unlike most hearing people, I spend most of my time rely on lip read and oral in communication. I went to mainstream primary school, it helped to improve my oralism English but I was sent to Deaf boarding school after graduating from primary school where I spent most of my time in school for 6 years and stay at home for half term and holidays, at the school they really don't teach sign language, most of the teachers would communicate in English only because they thought that the English language is more important due to Grammar structure which is completely different from the Sign Language, not only that, I've seen a lot of deaf people who struggled with their English language grammars because English wasn't their first language and they only communicate through Sign language. My writing English language is not really perfect but I do my best
