Pre pandemic: Vancouver and its surrounding areas and Toronto and the GTA were expensive.

Pandemic: All of Southern Ontario, Ottawa and places like Thunder Bay is seeing skyrocketing prices. The maritimes are seeing skyrocketing prices as is parts of Alberta.

Houses are expensive everywhere now and little towns are starting to see the bidding wars that were the norm in Toronto and Vancouver. But wages are stagnant and these places don’t have the infrastructure and jobs for the people moving in. You’re paying so much money to live somewhere where Amazon can’t even deliver lool.

Education is meant to cater the needs of a people. Cadaan education assumes everyone has the same skill set , upbringing , brain development.
