Because Ethiopians, they are significant in christianity and they have Jews and never got colonised because of this reason. Also it’s landlocked which makes it harder to invade and I’m pretty sure Somalia acted as a buffer to them being colonised. It’s like someone struggling to open a cap from a bottle and gives it to someone else and they open it easily not knowing the first guy made it easier(the first guy is Somalia and the second is Ethiopia it was easier for them to resist) so basically they get all the glory for being ‘not colonised’ in reality they were occupied and colonisation was gonna start but they got lucky because the era shifted from colonisation to independence.

I have been on the internet for a long time, and I rarely see Africans or Black people bad mouth Somalis, but I have seen Somalis go to other people's sites and badmouth Africans or black people.
Most Africans or black people didn't even know about Somalis, yet Somalis would try to squeeze themselves into ever argument.
