Yes it is a gender divide every immigrant community usually the males do worse especially in the Muslim communities they feel more lost.

But I started working a new job, madows are typically ruder, say thank you/please less, and are overall more hostile than cadaans.

I used to work in a Foot Locker. My co-workers were all around the same age as me (17-20) but came from a wide array of backgrounds. All were lovely and friendly people except the madow woman. Whenever she would ring up items or a customer asked for assistance, she would kiss her teeth and frown. Just the sight of her ruined my day. On the other hand, everyone else was always smiling and in a good mood. Literally a piss easy job and you get to muck about with shoes all day.
