What are you talking about? North Africans are hella racist. Sudanese arab folk are disgusted when you accidentally call them black. There is no outcry at either because racism towards the "other" is normalised in African societies.
The answer to this question is quite obvious tho, a horn of African or North African saying something anti-black, or something racist towards the niger-Congo populations in Africa is not see as the same because we aren’t one of them, people see it as less racist, in the same away your reaction to someone you love trash talking themselves compared to if someone else was doing it, would be different. My question is why is this the case? I know that the degree is not seen as equal to the racism of North Africans or people from the Horn of Africa. Is it not more because there are more of them?
No, it’s seen as less bad because a Nigerian trash talking their features is seen as self hatred in comparison to a Somali doing it, which is seen straight up racism.
Its sad when people with inferiority complex become racist. They think being racist towards other African that look just as similar to themselves will get standing ovation from white man
