Guys, there's Somali-descended communities in Central America. I think it was Nicaragua or Guatemala.

A clan in Cameroon is to this day Muslim and traces its lineage to a Dir clan. There are Somali descended communities everywhere.

There are even Somalis living in New Caledonia lol

New Caledonia
Bismillahi
Although I think they’re technically French nationals if they are in NC right
So If I was them I’d come to France then go Uk to join my 150,000 somali brethren

For real? I'm dead set on going Colombia end of this year. Do you think it's literally one or two faaraxs or are there actual families living there?
:dwill:

I was watching a YT videos a while back on Cuba, apparently the only (or largest) mosque in Haavana has a Somali imam.

The Cuban accent is pure xaaaaaxness :feedme:

Question for people who gone back for extended periods of time:

What's the social scene like in Somalia generally? Are there loads of Diaspora people to hang out with?

The west is in a steady decline so if you have a useful degree (anything stem) that can benefit yourself and the people and have experience in the respective field than it should be a priority.

I don't want to see people with degrees in gender studies/sociology or anything liberal arts related coming there.
You people should stay wherever you are. You are not wanted.:pacspit:

:mjkkk: I'm far from being able to comprender the xaxness, but I will get there one day insha'Allah

I don't know if it's a standard cuban thing, but hearing the rolling r is a key turning point that made me go for Spanish over arabic

That actually sounds nice, I can't tell whether it's the soft-ish pace that makes it so or the girl :ummhmsmiley:

You watched at least some of the narcos netflix remake right? I found out recently, that the guy playing escobar isn't even Colombian, but Brazilian. He picked up Spanish specifically for the role. Does he sound legit? Cause I really like the way he talks :kanyehmm:

I watched the first season but I was hate watching. Yeah he does a decent impression but the Portuguese language is very whiny and has strange vowel sounds so there was no way he’d do it perfectly. Check out the Cartagena accent tho, they say that’s the sexiest spanish accent. Where are you looking to go? Is it Medellín you’re interested in?

Medellín at first, but apparently it's not great for Spanish immersion? They have a difficult/thick accent supposedly.

I haven't decided on any particular place yet, but definitely spend time in Bogotá and one more place, either Cali or Cartagena. I just really want to go

Merchant of Mogadishu

From Pella to Pattala, then back to Babylon
Fxck that im selectively looking for countries with no s (I'm not self hating) its just that we keep taking so much L's clearly Allah is either angry at s or testing them like no other nation

After hardship comes good and s have angered Allah by stealing being corrupt and killing innocent people

Also I was thinking of Russia new Zealand Japan or Iceland

How about your royal palace at Pasargadae, King Darius, King of Persia, King of Babylon, Shahanshah, Pharaoh of Egypt, Master of the Ionian Greeks and Subduer of the Scythians.
