the difference is black americans are american and speak english the same as white americans. they dont have seperate ethnicities. so interracial unions are much easier between the two (compared to say a union with ethnic somali, etc). add to that big liberal cities like new york los angeles etc. black americans will have higher interracial rates that will be amplified because theyre a minority.
