Best Muslims? Somalis. They came to the west with their jilbaabs and unapologetically wore hijab and demanded every establishment to serve halal food. Other Muslim communities were fine with assimilating with the dominant culture.

In terms of best Muslim country I would say Indonesia and Malaysia. I would also add Oman, it’s a peaceful country.

People who scam other people out of their hard earned money cannot be a good Muslim. In fact, such people are some of the biggest kaffir and Allah will burn them in hellfire according to Islam. What’s worse, Somalis raise their kids and relatives with the haram money they defrauded from taxpayers.

Those are individual cases. Don’t generalize all Somalis based on a few rotten apples. Not every Somali is engaged in scam activities. May Allah guide those who do. I wasn’t talking about them anyways.

Most married Somali fobs are in it. It’s like a hobby for them. The singles fobs don’t bother with welfare since they don’t benefit from it unless they’re self employed. if they’re self-employed, they signed up for food stamps, free housing (section 8) and healthcare because they don’t disclose their full income when filing their taxes.

What other ethnicity takes the deen as seriously? 95% of this forum went to dugsi at some point in their lives, and Somalia has no other religious groups except for Islam. Any Somali who isn't Muslim is ostracized immediately from the vast majority of the community.

Somalis are an exceptionally pious people

Somalis don’t actually take religion seriously except in theatricality, Somalis were cultural Muslims before the practice was popular again in the West by diaspora.

Only relatively recently have Somalis begun begun to seriously practice Islam, and even then it’s still mostly histrionics, which is why Somalis are so over represented in the ex-Muslim community, our Islam has no substance or authenticity to it.

Dugsi as most Somalis know or remember it was practically a test of memorization no real attempt to learn the meaning of the ayah or surah was made since it’s more important to seem like a learned person to us than to be one.
