I know for many this may come across as a obvious answer but I feel like there is sizable amount of people prior to the civil war who were born abroad. I would like to know were you're parents one of them ? @Apollo dicussion on arab lineage reminded me of how my position might not be that common . I feel like parents who werent born in somalia understand the struggles kids face in foreign countries. Plus less misunderstandings due to language and culture gaps.

It's a sad reality, they both love eachother very much but they were legit on the other side of the world. They only came back to Somalia to help family members out cause of the war. Life works in weird ways, but I don't think about it too much im here now and healthy. What more could i want than that
