No they aren’t. However I have seen that people I know (men) are more open about marrying someone 3-5 younger. So something like 25 and 20. For women I have seen them marry someone 3-8 older. This is all anecdotal.

That's not a large age gap. I have noticed its normally women who have apprehensions about younger men. Men don't care as much if they like you. I don't think I ever talked to anyone as a suitor who was younger than me (the mean is two years older).
