A cousin of mine is a supplier to Tesco but mainly exports from Kenya farms (he owns a family farm there).

They require a trade deal. Kenya exports all kinds of agricultural products to the E.U despite subsidies to E.U farmers and stringent E.U standards. They earn’t US$1.6 billion from horticultural exports to the U.K, Holland, France and Germany last year and this is expected to grow this year. Kenyan farmers are now growing Avocados for export. I haven’t mentioned their horticultural exports to China which is expected to double this year. Our leaders go to Europe begging, but not finding markets and investors to develop our agricultural production.

They're small but they taste much better. I always thought bananas were large and kind of bland till I went there.
