16+ depending on the maturity of both parties involved. people in somali mature way faster than people in the west. the reason for that is because they dont grow up sitting in front of a tv and laptop. they are working and striving to succeed in life from a young age. i bosaso i see 12 year old boys sitting drinking tea and arguing about politics.12 year old boys in the west are still being told to brush their teeth before they go to sleep
