I understand the importance and significance of a Hijab but its like people don't treat it as delicate as it should be and impose it ruthlessly with no consideration for the girls and any emotional response is instead fuelled into making them feel bad about it.

Mind you jilbabs are really cheap Low HDI literally means poor standards for living, lack of education, bad health etc. Somalia became deeply conservative after AS didnt help at all this is the least of our worries when our people go through famine so much.
