Its called kebab bro, they sell it everywhere in Norway. The meat is sus depending on where you buy it but you can always ask for chicken breast instead. Best part is the sauce, im salivating just thinking about it.

I made tuna and spinach last night and it only took 5-10 minutes. It was so good. Tuna is the best.

Avocados, hummus, chicken, salmon, sweet corn, eggs, spinach

I sometimes make my own crushed avocados and use it as part of my salad.

I’ve recently tried lasgna with crab and it was surprisingly nice

Tried sashimi but couldn't eat raw fish. But Sushi in Japan isn't raw fish. Yummy.

My mother makes really good lasagna so that might be my favorite

I also love my grandmother’s kutumbu which is fried dough with caremalized sugar on top.
