What is your daily routine?

Usually my day involves, training martial arts, reading for about 30 minutes to 1 hour, studying for atleast 3 hours, a couple of hours with family, organising finances, cleaning organising house car etc and then relaxing for a couple of hours. I have a timetable I try to stick to which requires discipline. But I do get distracted and sometimes have very unproductive days or even a few days, but these are becoming less and less.

the issue is working nights and sleeping day....even the sleep is not the same. My goal before I go to work is after work as soon as I come home, im gonna hit the gym . As soon as work is done and I come home Im just too tired. But its my diet that is the biggest problem which is all over the place. Without good food your body just feel out of sync.

Waryaahe get a 9-5 day job.
No point calaacalin bout working nights like a watchman in Hargeisa.
