Point is, dictatorships are not always bad
My point was context is key. What worked in Singapore doesn’t necessarily mean it’ll work in Somalia as there’s many differences and variables between Singapore and Somalia

I am total monarchist thru and thru with a govt that is a wakiil of the aristocrats/monarchy and the govt given limited duties only. I want the govt checked by the people thru elections and courts and checked by the monarchy if they are doing dangerous things. The monarchy is the head of the govt-courts-parliament-people at all times and the govt is just 'institution' itself of the monarchy.

The rest of society are 'shacab' in my eyes be it merchants-religious-civil society-nomads-farmers with no institutional power whatsoever and the govt itself has limited power which is further delimited thru federalism.

Total garbage monarchies are formed only this way

1. Union of Kingdoms like the United kingdom which has an elected 'king or queen' that represents the merging of various kingdoms and if you don't have one like the irish then u become subject it simple as that. Darod 'merged' their kingdoms under Boqor Burhan as an elected monarch 'boqortoyo' and his no longer a 'kingdom or sultanate' jursidiction.

Hawiye-Isaaqs need to form the 'irish' role in this monarchy and accept the loss and fall under his highness boqor burhan jurisdiction since they only have 'nabadoons' clan development and even that is dysfunctional now with hawiyes completely unworkable. They simply don't have a ruler among them for us to merge kingdoms and they exist merely as 'tribes' with only justice system n nabadoon at best, there is no-one for boqor burhan to 'merge' a kingdom with as they all will stand up and say 'we dont have a king' among us to make these decisions hence the irish route is the only way forward here.

Where-as your mistaking Monarchies and Kingdoms which are formed differently which is purely thru lineage and houses or in our case those houses that are 'jifis' since their not settled into villages like farming society and these houses have an appointed 'aristocrat' to teach it's civilians the ways of the kingdom. each house has a warrior class, religous class, nomadic/farmer class, merchant class, poet class, but those classes falls under the 'aristocrat' which reports to the sultan or king and those sultans and kings report to the monarch elect who ensures those class system remain and they encourage 'competition' between various houses to increase it

Houses can also be formed thru villages also and unrelated people that are known as peasants that report to their appointed aristocrat who is cultured man or superior person among them that knows the ways of the kingdom. There isn't even 'aristocrat' among hawiye/isaaq as their simply 'odayaal beeleed' kkkk 'tribal elder' notice the difference? since there is no kingdom hence no 'dhaqan' to maintain as even the marehan know this @Calaf as a dhaqan is tied to a sultanate meaning 'governed' people niyahow not just nabadoon people like they are kkkkk hence odayaal beeleed weeye since ma haystan dhaqan saldanad

In Malaysia they have a unique style of Monarchy. They have like 6 regions and each region has a king. The swap seats every couple years to take charge of the country.Something like this with us would lowkey be smart :damedamn:

You'll have ministers who are put in position through credit and meritocracy similar to how it works in China. So you have the brightest and most intelligent people working in the government oversaw by a leader that gets swapped every couple years to ensure representation and equality.

Boqor Burhan isn't simply a 'king' anymore his more a 'monarch' since he is elected by the various kingdoms of darod hence he is now 'boqortoyo' a 'monarchy' that's why his title is no longer 'saldanadi majerten ama saldanadi hobyo which has become defunct'.

The Boqor is like the king elect of the kings of darod(sultanates) since each king or sultan-garad-ugaas has a house of subjects thru a 'dhaxal' system, that house is sophisticated itself with 'aristocracy' or 'odayo dhaqameed' for each sub house within their kingdom.

Boqorki Majerten makes no royal sense since no-one inside 'majerten' has a sultanate and boqor burhan is their sultan, inside majerten they have 'odayo dhaqameed' ama 'Isimo' of various 'rank and status' of course like Islans-Beeldajes and within them they have a further hierarchy of 'caaqils' who is a 'clan decision maker'.

The civilian class who report to the aristocracy irrespective if their occupation or location be it local-diaspora-urban-rural or coastal-farmer-nomad-merchant-religious class-politician-civil society-youth-women-academics-soldiers fall under the 'aristocrat' and who in turn falls under his Isim elect who in turn falls under the 'sultan' of his clan or house. and now this Sultan elect of that 'ordered' house speaks on their behalf with other similar 'ordered' houses or clans. If another clan doesn't have this order, they only pull out 'justice system or xeer' to ensure a 'green line' is maintained till that clan or house gets it's act together and they send nabadoonos between them since that house is not a house but a 'mere clan' with no 'elected head' it's purely at the 'clan' stage of relatives still and not structured inside itself to become a 'house' ama guri midaysan oo kala dambayn leh. I am offended when we all get thrown into this 'clan' system, a clan is unstructured a clan which is structured is more a 'house' now with heirachy and social order system and single point of decision making. Clan is where there is no 'decision maker' and their just relatives but not a 'house' at all.

Even the civilian class itself has an 'order' or 'dallads' to ensure their people are represented thru an elected leader as everythng that is large social group requires 'houses' and houses are 'structure and nidaam'. The state structure is for 'clans' who lack a house and fall under the state but this will be difficult to implement on clans who do have historical social order as it's to risky for them to join another 'house' called the state which is made of the 'disordered' people. It's like PL throwing it' state and joining villa somalia, it's even worse when u ask an ordered clan with a house to throw away his historical order and join disordered clan with no house and just purely 'clan' but no order within it.

a no nonsence council determined to unify the country at all costs, through blood and iron regardless of how many times the average somali screams tyranny, the objectives must be achived and the country strenghtened, then and only then we can start looking at all our past mistakes and human rights violations.
