I would say the are going to do all of the above but Kenya recognising somaliland is unlikely. Kenya also has a few separatist movements especially among muslims on the coast, if they recognize somaliland they will upset both the african union and the International community.
Certainly they are going to bribe politicians, send more troops to their JL colony , persecute somalis in Nfd and somali citizens in kenya.
