There is true to what you are saying but all those countries collectively decided to be Americas sugar babies for few decades so they could carve their own destiny. Japan decided to be Americas lil even though they bombed them they decided to submit and in 30 years they were waging trade wars with the US. Germans felt like the US saved them from the Soviets whome the Nazis terrorised for 4 years. Korea was in the same situation as Germany it felt the Americans saved from communism.

America of that era is compleatly different than the America of today. Back in those days America wanted to contain communism and where ready to through money even though it wasnt profitable. Back then there was a super power who would fill US shoes if they werent actively investing in third and second world countries.

Germany, Japan and Korea are all good examples of how to utilize nations population for the benefit of the country. They had "quality population" because they managed to become countries who can forge their destiny and challenge their former sugar daddy economically.

Saudi Arabia and Iran are good example of a country that has quality population and a one that lacks it. Because Iran under the Shah was 10 years away from becoming a hegemony and influential stakeholder in global politics while Saudi Arabia is still underperforming due to lazy population. The conclusion to draw here is any country can become someones sugar baby and enjoy high living standards. But it takes "quality population" to become a nation who can forge their own destiny and stand on your own feet after depleating your benefactors resources.

More realism then self hate, between the terrorism and famines, and self-proclaimed independent state(s), how can Somalia genuinely hope to become a 1st world nation? What kind of fucking country has tribalism and tribal elders that actually hold power in the 21st century?

It will take very long by the way for Somalia to become a first world nation. We didn't have a written language until the 70s whereas others were sending men to the moon. Those with high IQs in Somalia need to occupy the higher positions in society, this is the only way.
