Yes being more busy makes it less likely. Sometimes I'll go over 2 weeks and not notice just because of how busy I am.

However I don't think all men are addicted to it. All men have been addicted to it at some point. Honestly though it's not sustainable to watch that much. After 21 I tappered off myself where now I go a couple of weeks at a time of not even wanting to watch .

It's just boring at this point it feels like a chore. So i just get it over with quickly if I have to. And I think I most guys reach that point where is just like going to the bathroom.
