Mixed feelings on this. My personal opinion is that qabilism should be erased from the mindset of the nation and states based on clan only seem to exacerbate the problem. But it’s well thought out so props to you for that.

I think it’s a good plan for now. The children that are born will be taught to be nationalist and put their Somali and Muslim identity above their qabiil and within a generation, the country can become fully united with a central unbiased government like Japan.
