Yes I'm talking about Sanaag and Cayn. For Col.Caare movement I didn't even mention him loool. SL army actually is dead when Musa Jeegaan came. Couple coming years many things will change as PL army will open training camp in Sool and Sanaag.

Sool is completely landlocked so they can’t form their own state. Economically it’s not long term feasible. That’s why khattumo would be a failure if we didn’t backstab them when they almost formed it.
That’s why you see so many Sool people go between SL and PL. If there smart, they’ll use kismayo port and they have enough political clout as it is in PL so they can get their aid money and develop their region.
