That I’m i’a getting a certain haplogroup (dna stuff), Isaaqs seems to be majority T but we have some Es that also claim Isaaq. They think or hope I’m getting E

Yeah we are talking about paternal since qabiils are based on paternal lines for Somalis. There is also maternal haplogroups but the T and E we’re reffering to are paternal

that's a first people generally assume I'm from the uk on here and I wouldn't say I'm a warm person either which is very uk indeed. good natured is subjective but yeah we don't take ourselves seriously here in Europe its just that people keep to themselves.

there are only positive outcomes when presenting as warm online. this is a forum so the purpose is to engage with others after all and being warm goes a long way in makes others actually engage in discussions. I adapt to whatever the situation needs and since everyone in the uk is cold that's just how I am myself naturally.

I hate small talk its point less I prefer having deeper convos not spend my time talking about dumb stuff like the weather

I'm in Bosaso on business. Gonna probably remain here until around November then head back to the UAE. I'll try to make time to see places like Cal Madow, Haregyso, Jabuuti, Gaalkacyo and maybe also go over to Ethiopia for places like Jigjiga, Arba Minch and Harar. But none of this is a priority. I had my fun in Dubai over the last 6-8 months. Hiking, dog walks at a shelter I volunteer, angelic beach days, loads of time with friends and family, clubbing, BBQs out in the desert... I've had my fill. It is shaqo time.

I'm still assessing the place in terms of what's really booming but as for the city... it's growing and bustling but goddamn does it need work. Plastic and garbage everywhere even on the beautiful beaches, dusty with really tacky architectural choices, disorganized and shabby roads, dirt/sand paths instead of cobbles or interlocks most of the time, not nearly enough trees... it needs work but I guess that's part of the fun. I'll try to do my part in time and will be exciting to see it look different in a decade.
