So you want a family, of your equals, ruling over the affairs of the nation, at whim, and as if their own family business, and doing with it as they might. That is quite unnatural, if perversion on four legs, would not you say?

No, you are all right, I did not find it elongated, but bewildered as to how you could fancy being a subject under the thumb of your equals, when the alternative is clearly more attractive. Not a
masochist of sort by any chance, are you?
I really have no problem with being under the monarchy, if they practice religion as they should, do no injustice, and do their duties perfectly. This has nothing to do with dynasty or pride. Judgment is an assignment and an honor. It is not a position that you attain in order to become the highest in status, but in order to improve the condition of the nation, and to become the tree under which all your people rest. All their good deeds and bad deeds will be in your balance on the doomsday, and this is not simple at all. So yeah, I have absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Humans are equal, but they are not the same. A healthy society is not born unless every individual is aware of his position, his duty, and what he has to do in this life.

As for alternatives? These alternatives are nonsense. You can apply them to individualistic peoples, not to tribalism. When there is tribalism, there is classism, and this is what works for our people.

63 years, we're almost at 100 in two or three generations, let the government continue on its current form, and you'll see for yourself — nothing will ever change.

Became president or Ameer muslims its not honor, its huge responosblity infront of Allah, in old times no muslim wish to became leader, example Omar ibn Alkdaab رضي الله عنه and others.

Ideally perhaps, which would require humans rendering themselves as absolute ethical beings,a highly improbable state, considering greed, ambition, gluttony etc., but what do we do about monarchical tyrannies?

In Islam, monarchical reign is not recommended.

Humans are equal, but they are not the same. A healthy society is not born unless every individual is aware of his position, his duty, and what he has to do in this life.
So, you would be all right with the elites, and by extension their families, ruling over the majority?

As for alternatives? These alternatives are nonsense.
How so? could not offer instances, could you?

A-

In an ideal Somalia - I prefer a strong central government from one central command. It would be better equipped to respond quickly and effectively to crises or emergencies. With a centralized decision-making structure, key decisions can be made and implemented more efficiently than in a dispersed system where multiple branches of government or levels of authority need to be consulted.

It is also far less prone for penetration of external influences. We are located in a very volatile region of the world with many global institutions having interest in our dismay and continued fragile state. For this reason i am avid centralist!

However until we reach a level of maturity in decision making and national unity over reer hebel unity I say let’s remain a confederate state and hope our suits are working on a plan to create unity amongst us for we have have many preying eyes watching us.. may Allah help us see the light
