You should have finished the degree when you were 22. By the time one is approaching 30 they should focus on making money.

I could be rich or broke, tho I'd prefer if i was rich. When I say rich I mean earning between 30-50k a month or I could still be working for others making 6k a month.:francis:

In Hargeisa unless you are building a hotel like Ambassador hotel it won't be very profitable. Ambassador hotel is the main hotel the
UN agencies use, it charges $50 per night for some of the rooms.

You will make it big if you keep at it. Investments will be coming soon hopefully to all over the country. You are well placed to benefit from the boom inshallah.

It is all about having a business mind. Lots of people make loads yet are broke all the time. The key to success is learning to save every penny.

It is all about setting up deadline for yourself. That way you will push yourself to reach the target on time.

I am pretty good at saving. I saved 17k when I was 19 getting paid 10$ per hour in 3 years. I am not a big spender and outside food makes me sick. About 60% of my income goes to saving.

8,9 and 10 require a tour guide. I propose me.. My uncle is a retired former UN worker who was given the option to settle in any country. He opted for Canada. I visited him there once. He worked more than 30 years for the UN agency.
