I am pretty good at saving. I saved 17k when I was 19 getting paid 10$ per hour in 3 years. I am not a big spender and outside food makes me sick. About 60% of my income goes to saving.

Looool it's ok you can ask, I didn't really plan to do it but more like stumbled on it Basically painting/drawing is one of my hobbies. I used to work in a coffee shop in a quite posh area a couple of years back. One time I let one of my regular customers, this sweet old cadaan lady, flick thru my sketchbook and she loved it lol she asked me to draw her a portrait and in exchange she'd pay me

You should have finished the degree when you were 22. By the time one is approaching 30 they should focus on making money.

will get 50% discount). Otherwise you will be looking at over £400,000 for a flat which is unrealistic.

Renting income London is mad. Somalis should have taken advantage of it and purchased when houses in London were decently cheap
back in 70s/80s. One of my uncles purchased a house decades ago in London and now it is valued at over a £1 million.
