of $200,000.

far fetched goal.

1. Travel to at least 20 countries- take advantage of my EU passport- soz Brits
2. Teach in China and Somalia once in my life
3. Adopt a child
4. Adopt a cat
5. Learn Mandarin, Spanish and Arabic by then
6. Work with my uncle in the UN in Somalia
7. Trigger an alt-right white supremacist
8. Visit and talk to hillbillies in the US
9. Visit and talk to the people of the Westboro Baptist Church
10. Eat all the junk food in the US
11. Still have close relations with people I'm close with now
12. Eat in Bala Baya(London Israeli dining hotspot)
13. Raid a nightclub
14. Join the KKK
15. Trigger a Salafi and Wahhabi
16. Memorise the English translation of the Qur'an
17. Go to a country by Easyjet and Ryanair
18. Backpack alone as well as friends
19. Work in a summer camp, preferably in Canada for the free maple syrup.
20. Inter-rail throughout European countries

Nah I don't build houses. I buy lands then watch the value go up (then sale it), that is more profitable. Sale it every 2 years.

Very good list. There is no 40 year olds in here, it is not Somnet . I do sound wise for my age that is why people assume I am old.

That is how people get into land/Property development. They start small scale and selling lands then move on to setting up permanent incomes from property development. At some point, Hargaysa will get bigger than it is right now and streets will be modernized. The city edges will be hours drive most likely.

You are in the right business. I hope you get plenty of lands you call your own for sale. That way, you can help a brother buy one who will pay you in installments I can't afford to buy land if I have to pay the whole asking price. But I can afford 10k -15k a year. And that would require someone who has enough business to be able to provide help to someone that way.

In Hargeisa unless you are building a hotel like Ambassador hotel it won't be very profitable. Ambassador hotel is the main hotel the
UN agencies use, it charges $50 per night for some of the rooms.
