The broader message is that xalimos back home, hopeless and destitute, with no job opportunities, have some light at the end of the tunnel cause of western faraxs. You make good points. First time I went to xamar I was really surprised by how many small business’s were run by women. I can almost swear there’s more female entrepreneurship in xamar than in developed cities. Also, the diaspora xalimos spend their money on charity work whereas the faraxs blow it on baashal.
