What are some beaches in Somalia that are usually empty?

At least you’ve gotten to your senses. Respect to you for realizing why you went wrong. I despise people who bring down Somali women and discredit us when Somali women are working so hard to bring peace our country. Our hooyos did not break their backs for us just to insult them. Somali women back home, like you said, do charity work. Most hospitals and orphanages are run by women. People like @arawelo want to bring change to our war torn countries. But when you insult these girls and act like women don’t do anything instead of “social media gaal” and stuff like that, it’s extremely rude. Somali women are the backbone to peace and prosperity. At least you realized it.

@Desert Flower see what I’m saying? Somali women are so supportive of each other only to be brought down. It’s sad
It was innocent trolling on my part, but I now realise the dangerous misogyny I’m perpetuating, I apologise. Thankfully the men back home aren’t like me.

She’s right. Your making assumptions about her. If you’ve noticed her last posts and her profile page she’s been talking about rebuilding Somalia and making Somalia great. She’s been talking about travel for weeks now. She’s been talking about gardening in Somalia. Wallahi she seems like such a miskeen girl. What makes you think that she is a pride-filled, degrading, social media gaal?

Thank you sis. And thank you for defending me. I honestly didn’t expect anyone to look at my post and think so harshly
You make good points. First time I went to xamar I was really surprised by how many small business’s were run by women. I can almost swear there’s more female entrepreneurship in xamar than in developed cities. Also, the diaspora xalimos spend their money on charity work whereas the faraxs blow it on baashal.

@arawelo excuse my low iq trolling, I can already tell you’re gonna do great things and the people back home need you
thank you. I’m sincerely sorry for cursing you. I guess my shock took the better of me.

Wallahi your trolling was harsh. I’m not even @arawelo but it hurt me :) I’m glad this was worked out.

@cawaale I wanted to record a peaceful scenery like this. I didn’t mean harm... you know? Of course I am Somali first and foremost and I love my people. I don’t see myself as superior and I do want to communicate with everyone. You’re right that I have an American accent but I can’t control that. What matters to me is that I can showcase the beauty of Somalia🇸🇴🇸🇴

I also wanted to take pictures of local Somali kids. But now it got me thinking that it might seem rude or that I’m acting better than everyone. So maybe I’ll just leave that alone. Don’t worry though, I’m going to liido beach in my free time and chill while playing soccer maybe. Inshallah!

I plan to go Liido but it’s packed and I worry that it might be bombed/shot. Is there any other unpopular locations? It doesn’t matter what city in Somaliweeyne. I want somewhere peaceful with trees and quiet. Is that impossible lol

Go to Eyl a beautiful historical village, secluded beaches and mountainous cliffs nothing compares.

Best choice is Maydh imo . Not only do you get the beach, you also get to see the ceerigaabo Daalo mountain range and tabca tunnel on the way. It’s a 2 in 1 amazing experience if you get the chance

The beach is 30mins from the mountain.

From Djibouti to Kamboni the Somali nation has the longest coastline in Africa over 3000km. To put it into perspective that’s almost the same distance between Canada and Venezuela so there’s an unlimited number of beaches.
