I'd have probably lost my teeth years ago if it wasn't for my low-carb, carnivore way of eating for years now. I have recessed gums due to my previous orthodontic work from my teens and some poor bone support. The ortho I visited a few years back for an assessment seemed kinda surprised I even had teeth, let alone very clean, strong teeth like mine. I get the sense that if I'd continued to gorge junk these last several years I'd be wearing loads of implants right about now, brushing or no.
