And they are. Whenever there's a TikTok pertaining to Iman or any moderately attractive Somali woman and their beauty is being praised, and white people are mentioned -- they shut down the 'black beauty' comments and try to attribute her beauty to being Somali as much as they can, because that's how it should be, no offense. Somali beauty has nothing to do with other Africans, or black identities, and definitely shouldn't be used by these weirdos to prove points to white people. That makes absolutely no sense. These people are obsessed with using horners to prove things that are frankly none of our business.


I also notice a paradox with these jobless ass BA Hoteps and nubian Egyptians. Hoteps are obsessed with claiming Nubians while simultaneously hating on Cushites; however, they still largely use images of random Cushite afar men (who aren't Nubian at all btw) in collages in order to prove to white people that THEY, the black Americans, or the broader black community in general -- were the real egyptians. You guys seriously need to understand that these people are very obsessed while equally hateful.

Im not trying to sound chronically online, but these people quite literally want to claim our look and whatever percieved history they think we have. And the only reason WHY they want to claim these things is because it allows them to get a one-up on White people. We are literally used to soothe their inferiority complexes, and it's actually retarded.

You captured my feelings perfectly. I'm always in awe of how timeless and attractive Somali people are, wallahi. I don't know how to explain it, but Somalis just look historical?? I seriously don't think that Somalis truly understand how beautiful we are, men and women. We genuinely have such a regal look it's insane. I'd see this same ancient face in a coffee shop, present day ,and wouldn't question it.
