I don’t know this individual, I’m just speaking as a general rule. It’s not uncommon for some woman to slander innocent men by accusing them of rape/sexual assault for their own evil intentions. Without any definitive evidence, it’s best to refrain rather than take sides. You could be slandering an innocent man and Allah would side with him against you on the day of judgement if he’s actually not guilty so be careful.
