Its not white standards, imo its just trends. The best thing we need is to stop trying to analyze the world through the lenses of racism and racial dynamics. Not everything is explained by how X or Y race have had an impact on the habits of Z. In the case of the somalis back home, I'd say its also due to ignorance of our own traditions. I wouldn't be surprised if in the next decades some of the habits of our predecessors disappear
