This is very ironic because Ethiopia has been known for building dams on rivers to other countries. They built many dams on many rivers that lead to Somalia, these idiots under the guise of politicians didn't care and that brought many droughts on Somalia. Ethiopia is now trying the same thing on Egypt but Egypt's not having it.
