Guulwaade mudane Gaas has brought a lot of tangible development to Puntland and i do hope when the next leader presumes office- that doesn't change. The roads in Bosaaso are a bit too narrow and need revamping to meet international standards. The FGS should also relocate the main international airport to Bosaaso instead of confining everything in Xamar. The new runway in Bosaaso is the
longest/most strategic in the Somali peninsula and the Puntland Gov would see increase in Revenue from it. We should also look to expand the checkpoint in Tukaraq where Puntland obtains a 1/3 of its annual revenue and is a source of lucrative income for the finance industry. I am also looking for a military man who can vet the savages in the south from moving north while simultaneously getting back lost territories in the western regions. Somaliland has been playing cat and mouse for a while, and its time Puntland snapped back. Overall, very pleased with the works of the current government headed by the honorable Gaas and hopefully this chain of developmental projects dont cease in the near future.
