Hamas offered to give back all hostages a few days after oct 7, Israel doesnt gaf about the hostages this was just their casus belli to bulldoze gaza and build the canalHamas hostages are probably dead, the end game doesn't look good.

No idea tbh, even if the war ends the destruction is so awful the effort and cost to rebuild it will be so substantial the parties involved will want stakes and those parties might not be particularly interested in really helping Palestinians at all.
