The fear of Darood is driving some people into confusion . The Dir guy says Oromos are mixed of Dir and Hawiye and their population are 38 million which 28 million are Dir and 10 million are Hawiye.
Few months ago some hawiye guys ,i think Xaad the murursade guy was part of were claiming to be part of Irirsamaale
. Now the irirsamaale crew are claiming to be part of Oromo

That's stupid that no major mainstream media in the world have this kind of stupid discussion but Somalis love to try to do the most humiliating and embarrassing stuff in front of the worldI think it's about time for Y-DNA results to be introduced to the people backhome. There is no reason for some of these confused people to be discussing a topic like this with zero proof to back up their claims and a channel like this airing it out to millions.

Somalis should have done what the oromos did before us, assimilate all horners. Would have worked wonderfully in our favour. We would have stretched from the ocean to the lush mountains of Ethiopia. In Kenya, we would be the largest ethnicity with the most land and expanding.
Oromos are highly underestimated by Somalis for some reason. They will be the ones doing the assimilating if they want to since they hold the seat of Ethiopia with SR under their jurisdiction.
Y-DNA does make you Somali. If you do not have one of the 3 main haplogroups then you are not one. Language does not make one Somali and vice versa for Afaan Oromo.
Oromos simply do not assimilate unless it's done through the barrel of a gun. How'd you think some clans managed to assimilate them? It was due to raids, invasions or remnants of a migration which they were forcefully assimilated.
Where was your clan when Oromo invasions were repelled multiple times in the North? Stopping them from reaching the coastline, btw.
We could've ventured into new lands but we were all alone on the defence. None of you guys talking about assimilation's clans were to be seen.
Why tho? It's not like Darood is 100 million. All the major clans are roughly the same size. Where does this fear from urur samaale come from?
