Trades are underrrated , its hard work but pays well.

Always shocked me when I realized this about the rest of the world. It's not true here in the UAE and I reckon much of the gulf. People who do this kind of work don't make much at all. I mean everyone knows about the borderline slave labor construction workers endure, for instance. I was proper shocked when I hit my pre-teen years to realize contractors, construction workers, guys who do painting and stuff like that actually make half decent money in the west.
