Don't really need to use diplomacy, were 5 times the size of Somaliland, we can use force. When you combine northern areas isaaq-gadabursi-issa(including jabuti), plus harti waqoyi then it will look like a serious discussion, till then your just playing a fool. Plus half jabuti for canfar plus account for the small daaqsin they have which means less water wells needed which means less nomads cause nomads are connected to livestock and depending on livestock count and water wells determines how big a rural population can get. You can't have one water well and say 1 million people graze here lol. You cant have 1000 livestocks and then say we have a population of a million. A million people with only 1000 livestocks make no sense.

U need a large land in order to have water wells, the smaller the land is the less water wells and the less the water wells are the less livestock required and since our formula to work out nomadic population is based on livestock, if they ain't got many livestock they fall on the nomadic count.

You need a big pasture of land without it, it's impossible to have large nomadic population.

@Lordilord @Saalax Bidaar @draco Do you ever see Somaliland doing water-wells in Isaaq land? there is no need to build water wells in isaaq land, small pasture of land, small nomadic population, they simply don't have livestock and hence no families crowding around the livestock. Puntland talked about implementing 57 wells just under gaas government? there was probably an existing 200 or so wells prior from previous govts till siyad barre?
