I'm not so sure about that. If a Greek Guy goes to Somalia he will be the cadaan guy just like an anglo. People notice the difference only when there is a large population of us such as in Minneapolis, London etc but Americans outside MN and Ohio don't know shit about us and will just assume we are the same as AA until proven otherwise
